At Signiture.online, privacy is part of the trust you place in us. This policy explains in plain language what we collect, why, and how you stay in control — without legal jargon where we can avoid it.
1. Scope
This policy applies to your use of Signiture.online and related apps, including account creation, drafting agreements, e-signing, and sending signing links.
By using the service, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Data we collect
We collect only what is needed to run agreement signing:
- Account data: name, email, and password (stored hashed — we never keep plaintext passwords).
- Agreement content: titles, body text, language, font settings, and smart fields you fill in.
- Signatures: digital signature images (drawn, name-to-signature, or typed) you create or save.
- Second party data: name and email (if you provide them) and signature data when they sign via your link.
- Basic technical data: browser type, approximate IP, and security logs — no ad tracking.
3. How we use data
We use your data solely to provide and improve the service:
- Create your account and manage login sessions.
- Store your agreements and templates and show them in your dashboard.
- Generate secure signing links and send email notifications (invites, completion).
- Display agreement status (pending, signed, declined) to you and authorized parties.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
5. Retention
We keep your account and agreement data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we work to remove personal data and linked agreements within a reasonable period, with brief secure backups if needed.
We may retain anonymized security logs (e.g. failed login attempts) for a limited time.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- View and update your name and email in settings.
- Delete or change your saved signature at any time.
- Delete your account and all data yourself from the profile screen in the app, or by request via the email below.
- Withdraw consent by stopping use of the service.
7. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards: hashed passwords, unique signing links, and per-user data isolation. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we continuously work to strengthen protection.
8. Children
The service is intended for adults (18+) or those with legal capacity to enter contracts. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy when we add features or when laws change. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
