Signiture.online exists to make agreement signing accessible to everyone. This page clearly states what stays free, why, and how we commit to that long term.
Core features free — now and tomorrow
Account creation, drafting agreements, templates, signing, saved signatures, signing links, and status tracking — all free with no time limit and no credit card required.
1. Our promise
We commit to keeping core signing features free for individuals and small teams using the platform for everyday agreements. We will not charge for “signing itself” or “sending a signing link” as a condition of continued use.
2. What’s included free
Under the current free plan:
- One user account with full dashboard access.
- Unlimited agreement creation (within fair platform use).
- Ready-made templates and auto-saved personal templates.
- Saved signature in three modes: draw, name-to-signature, typed name.
- Secure signing links for the other party — no subscription required on their side.
- AI writing assistant (subject to fair use limits for quality).
- Basic email notifications related to signing.
3. What may be paid later (optional)
We may later offer optional business plans (e.g. teams, API integrations, custom branding, priority support). These are add-ons — not requirements for free core features.
4. No tricks
We explicitly confirm that we:
- Do not sell your data to advertisers.
- Do not hide fees in a “trial” then mandate paid subscriptions for basic signing.
- Do not suddenly cap signatures without prior notice on this site.
- Do not require a credit card to register or sign.
5. Fair use
Free is for personal and reasonable professional use. Excessive automated use, API abuse (if available), or activity that harms the platform may be limited — without charging normal users.
6. Changes to this commitment
If we need to change the free policy, we will publish the change in advance on this page with an effective date. We will not remove free access to the core features listed above without clear notice and a reasonable transition period.
