Welcome to Signiture.online. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they define your rights, responsibilities, and the limits of our service.
1. The service
Signiture.online is a digital platform to create agreements, sign them electronically, and send links for the other party to sign. We provide templates, an AI writing assistant, and a dashboard — we are not a party to your agreements.
We do not provide legal advice. Content you write and ready-made templates are tools only — you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your agreement in your jurisdiction.
2. Account & eligibility
To use the service you must:
- Be an adult or have legal capacity to enter contracts.
- Provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.
- Not share your account or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
3. Your content & agreements
You own the texts and agreements you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content for signing, sharing, and backup.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe others’ rights or contain harmful, fraudulent, or illegal material.
4. Electronic signatures
Signing on the platform is done by drawing, converting your name, or typing it. Legal validity of e-signatures varies by agreement type and jurisdiction — you are responsible for confirming e-signing fits your situation.
We store the signature image and action timestamp in the agreement record. We do not guarantee every agreement signed on the platform will be accepted by every court or authority.
5. Free — no hidden fees
Core service is fully free with no time limit, as described on our Free Forever page. We do not require paid subscriptions or sell your data to fund the platform.
We may later add optional paid features — but we will not remove free access to core features (create agreement, sign, share link) without clear prior notice.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform to:
- Impersonate others or sign without authorization.
- Send fraudulent agreements, phishing, or spam.
- Attempt to hack systems or scrape other users’ data.
- Upload malware or abuse signing links.
7. Availability & liability
We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance or technical issues may cause downtime. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for losses from your agreement content, a third party refusing to sign, or legal outcomes related to your agreements.
8. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform, with notice when possible.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws where the service operates, without limiting your mandatory consumer rights. Disputes should first be resolved amicably by contacting us.
